Cottage Cheese Protein Pancakes

**Ingredients**:
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Toppings: berries and honey

**Instructions**:
1. Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, oats, protein powder, baking powder and salt until smooth.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour the batter to form pancakes.
3. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, flip and cook until golden brown.
4. Serve with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey.
